Description Job Description: The Regional Director of Patient Success is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the success of five outpatient behavioral health clinics spanning from Stuart, FL to Delray Beach, FL. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and efficient mental health services by driving performance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial sustainability across all assigned locations.
