The work: Support the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist senior Scrum Masters and team leads in reinforcing Agile methodology and basic Scrum practices. Help identify team blockers and escalate issues to the appropriate leaders for resolution.
