TO QUALIFY: - Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules - Prefer personal or professional experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities. OR experience in front-facing customer service role and a true passion for helping vulnerable populations. - Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle is required for the Community Living Support Program. - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, attire and personal presentation when interacting with persons served and their families.
