Collector Position Overview: As a Collector your primary responsibility is collecting payments, following up on delinquencies and coordinating payments for rent, utilities, and fees. This may involve cold calling, visiting residents, and using texts and emails to address overdue accounts. You will also manage office tasks such as preparing correspondence, answering phones, and greeting customers.
