SUMMARY: The Senior Investor Relations Analyst supports and executes core investor relations activities, including shareholder analysis, market intelligence, earnings preparation, and investor communications. This role works closely with senior management, Corporate Secretary, Finance, SEC Reporting, and external advisors to support effective engagement with investors, analysts, and proxy advisory firms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. - Supports preparation for quarterly earnings calls, including gathering and analyzing investor, analyst, and market intelligence in advance of earnings; preparing executive briefing materials, analytics, and post call follow up. - Serves as a super user of the NASDAQ / Thomson Reuters IR platform, overseeing shareholder surveillance, ownership analysis, investor interaction tracking, and reporting. - Monitors and analyzes shareholder composition, institutional ownership, consensus estimates, stock performance, short interest, peer activity, and market trends; prepare executive level summaries, benchmarking, and KPI reporting. - Routinely tracks, summarizes, and analyzes...
