Description About the Role: We are seeking a Farm Activities Coordinator to support a unique, mission-driven program that combines hands-on farm work with meaningful engagement for adults with developmental disabilities . This role blends agriculture, animal care, and activity leadership , creating a dynamic and rewarding work environment year-round. From April through October, the role is primarily focused on vegetable/plant farming and outdoor work . During the winter months, the focus shifts toward structured, activity-based programming . Key Responsibilities: - Assist with vegetable farming operations , including planting, weeding, harvesting, and general crop care - Support the care and well-being of small to medium farm animals (e.g., goats, chickens, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs) - Help create and lead engaging activities and programming tailored to individuals’ interests and abilities - Foster a safe, inclusive, and person-centered environment that supports individual goals and dignity - Assist with maintaining farm grounds, supplies, and activity materials - Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure high-quality programming and care What Makes This Role Unique: - Combi...
