Department: 34502 BayCare Leased Employees - Critical Care: ICU Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Six 12 hour shifts per 2 weeks on night shift 7 PM to 7:30 AM for a total of .9 FTE (72 hours per 2 weeks). Every third weekend. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 - Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures. - Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
