Department Overview: The primary role of the FM Core & Control Room team is to ensure that all network elements are operating effectively and investigate and resolve any issues that arise to jeopardize this. The nature of this task requires significant levels of co-operation with internal and external resources and the role has a high profile with customer counterparts. Engineers are to take ownership and progress alarm tickets and fault reports to resolution, liaising with other resources as and when required.
