Availability: Up to 30 hours per week Luxer One’s Package Liaison team is seeking a professional, organized, and customer‑focused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities. As a Package Liaison, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit each site multiple times per week to ensure smooth, efficient, and resident‑friendly package operations. What You’ll Do: Provide in‑person, verbal and written assistance to residents with package‑related questions or issues Log newly delivered packages into the property’s automated package management system Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system Label, sort, and organize packages to maintain a clean, easy‑to‑navigate package room Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders, including notice of return‑to‑sender deadlines for stale packages (typically 48 hours, depending on property policy) Confirm return‑to‑sender pickups when required: Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between the property team and Luxer One support Perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on...
