Practice Manager – Geneva Primary Care/FLH Primary Care Location: Geneva, NY Medical Arts Building. Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: The Practice Manager provides primary oversight of administrative and operational functions at Geneva Primary Care and FLH Primary Care (approximately 60% operational focus). This role is responsible for supervising staff, optimizing daily practice operations, and ensuring a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual will collaborate closely with providers and staff to improve workflows, enhance patient experience, and support Occupational Health and Worker’s Compensation services.
