We are seeking a highly organised and analytically driven HR professional to support the Central Europe HR Leadership Team as a strategic coordination and execution partner. Based in Santander or Valladolid, Spain, this role combines project management, executive coordination, talent intelligence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple Central European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional HR initiatives, supporting talent acquisition market intelligence, ensuring alignment across HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and maintaining strong operational delivery across a fast-paced international environment.
