Job Description: Job Title: Investment Banking and Capital Markets- Debt Capital Markets Corporate Title: Vice President: Location: New York, NY: Overview: Inside the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team you will work closely with public and private corporate clients, private equity firms and other entities with large VC shareholdings. The candidate will help drive and build-out our platform’s growth while participating in the entire transaction process from pitching and origination through deal execution. The role will involve interaction with several other groups throughout the bank including DCM syndicate, research, coverage, sponsors, sales & trading, Lev Fin and M&A as the team offers a full range of products to its client base.
