OUR STORY: At the Dorian, Autograph Collection and Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown our associates ensure that every guest experience is a masterpiece, blending impeccable service with whimsical intrigue. Our associates are focused on providing our guests with the best stay possible, to help them pursue their passions through travel. Together we have two unique experiences, with one address, and one team of hospitality professionals dedicated to being the best in everything we do. OUR ROLE: A Dorian, Autograph Collection & Courtyard by Marriott Doorperson acts as Oscar Wilde’s primary ambassador to our Dorian Experience, providing a genuine, professional welcome while managing the two hotel entrances, coordinating Valet parking and assisting our guests with luggage, whilst offering guest information on our hotel and the City of Calgary. They ensure a friendly, secure, clean, and welcoming arrival/departure experience, often coordinating with the Front Office to meet high-end service standards and anticipate guest needs.
