What’s the role? Within this role you will provide and promote a superior client experience for Gen II, by providing a multi-jurisdictional service for the Fund Administration business from a data management and system perspective. You will maintain the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business, share technical knowledge and experience by promoting the use of Investran, Yardi and other related software across Gen II’s offices, maximizing the value of these and other related systems and ensuring consistent usage of these global platforms, within a control-based environment. You’ll maintain and develop relationships with the client teams and promote the positive image of Gen II through the professional application of our services and knowledge via the use of these global platforms.
