Demonstrate a commitment to learning fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, application) and application techniques to deliver the best results for clients. Maintain store quality and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with merchandising guidelines, and shelf product availability. Manage and monitor the stock at the counter effectively. Identify customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their preferences and requirements. Explain product usage to customers interested in making a purchase.
