Job description

The landscape maintenance technician role within Real Estate Operations has the responsibility for routine landscape maintenance, light building maintenance/carpentry repairs, and light cleaning. The primary focus of this role will be to maintain grass, trees, shrubbery, and ground surface covers. In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders to complete.
