Job description

Preferred skills: Possess a solid understanding of basic electrical systems to support container maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of repair activities. Supervise a team of 9 employees across 2 separate locations , ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company standards. Provide coaching, support, scheduling, and performance feedback. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with internal teams, sales staff, and customers.
