Nashville, Tennessee Job Description: This position plays a critical role in ensuring our technology investments are planned, managed, and optimized effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, financially savvy, and comfortable working across departments to align IT initiatives with business goals. This is a highly collaborative role that supports strategic decision-making and contributes to the overall efficiency and accountability of the IT organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development and coordination of the annual IT budget, working closely with IT leaders and administrative departments. Manage monthly budget analysis and reporting, identifying trends, variances, and recommending actions as needed. Partner with Finance to manage budget changes, track actuals, and align forecasts. Oversee contract management, including tracking terms, renewal dates, and compliance obligations. Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses, including renewal schedules and usage metrics.
