- The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services is responsible for creating and maintaining positive employee experiences for employees and new hires by leading the centralized HR Shared Services function responsible for first resolution of inquiries and execution of core HR operational processes. - This leader will build and leverage partnerships across HR to ensure that employees receive support consistently and without boundaries, reinforcing a “One HR” mindset. - The Senior Manager is expected to be a thought leader in leveraging ServiceNow and Workday to improve bandwidth, productivity, quality, and digital enablement through system enhancements and process modernization. - This role reports into HR Operations and plays a critical leadership role in transforming the HR Service Delivery model to support enterprise scalability and operational efficiency. Work Schedule: This role is hybrid which requires you to report to 100 Church Street, New York, NY three days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
