Job Title: Internal Controls Analyst: Location: Cambridge or London (hybrid): Employment Type: Full time: The Job: We are seeking an Internal Controls Analyst to support our internal control programme. AVEVA is working through a transformation programme, moving towards dual reporting (IFRS and US GAAP) and ensuring our current controls framework meets Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. This role will play a critical part in that journey. Responsibilities: - Perform global scoping assessments - Coordinate and manage the organisation and preparation of walkthroughs - Perform internal control testing to meet the design and operating effectiveness requirements of SOX - Work with colleagues from international locations and our co-source partner to ensure the global and consistent approach of control design and testing is applied throughout the organisation - Collaborate with the GPOs team to ensure global processes and controls are consistently applied across the different regions - Work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation including – global members of the internal control team, bu...
