River Rock Casino Resort is recruiting for an experienced, service-oriented security professional to fill the role of Shift Manager, Security. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective shift management. You will be assisting with the implementation of security initiatives, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, motivating and leading by example and providing a learning environment. Duties and responsibilities for our Shift Manager, Security will include: - Providing leadership, direction and mentoring to the security operation on a shift basis as well as providing input for employee performance objectives and evaluations - Providing superior customer service satisfaction to all guests - Scheduling security employees at some locations - Assisting in the implementation of security strategic plans as directed - Responding to, resolving and escalating security issues as required; provides de-briefing on critical incidents - Reviewing inspection reports and taking appropriate action; escalating as required - Supporting the administration of access/key control systems - Conducting training for security operations; recommending training opportunities and ef...
