Description Join the Boot Factory Outlet Team as a Stock Associate! We pride ourselves on customer service and of course great boots. We have over 20,000 boots in stock and carry national brands such as Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River and more. Our Sevierville retail store is seeking a full time Stock Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom while ensuring that our sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise deliveries and assist in unloading shipments Stock shelves and displays with products in a timely manner Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom Maintain regular and prompt attendance: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers Support sales associates by providing requested items promptly.
