SUMMARY: Marriott International is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director, Endorsements & Experiences to shape the future of assigned brands within a rapidly evolving portfolio. Within this framework, the role is a key contributor toward shaping, incubating, and evolving growth and experience-led brands. This role leads efforts in defining the guest experience in a way that is consistent with Marriott’s emerging growth businesses. This leader translates global category vision into actionable strategies and long-term brand plans, guiding multi-year priorities and making enterprise-level decisions that balance brand ambition, commercial performance, and market realities. By partnering closely with continent and discipline teams, the Senior Director fosters innovation, elevates guest experiences, and ensures brand relevance and measurable business impact across markets.
