Benefits: We are looking for a caregiver that are interested in learning and growing their skills within the senior care industry. This position is for a lady that needs companion care that lives in a facility and desires someone to spend time with her doing crafts and other activities. RESPONSIBILITIES - Bonus based on performance - Flexible schedule - Free uniforms - Paid time off - Training & development - Providing companionship and conversation - Doing crafts or other activities - Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect - Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care - Valid driver’s license and transportation - Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies - Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus!
