Job Purpose The Director of IT Software Delivery provides strategic leadership, vision, and direction for LT’s enterprise software delivery and systems integration function. This role ensures that business applications and digital solutions are designed, delivered, and continuously improved in a way that is secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned to LT’s mission and 2026–2030 priorities. Working in close partnership with Programs, Operations, Finance, Communications, and executive leadership, the Director translates organizational needs into a prioritized delivery roadmap; guides buy/build decisions; governs solution architecture and integrations across core platforms; and ensures solutions are implemented in ways that produce trusted, high-quality data for reporting, learning, and decision-making.
