SIGN ON BONUS: $1000 paid out after 90 days of employment Requirements: Active LPN or RN license Pay Range: up to $30/hr + potential 5% quarterly bonus Schedule: - Monday - Friday from 5:30am - 12pm. In addition, this person would work one or two Saturdays (6am - 9am) a month. - Alternate Schedule: One or two days a week plus every Saturday.
