Description Table Game Dealer – Wendover The Table Game Dealer is responsible for the operation, integrity and conducting of a particular game as trained for and assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, internal control policies and Nevada State Gambling regulations. Pay Rate: $12hr. + tips: Responsibilities and Duties: · Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules and in an accurate manner. · Promote positive guest relations. · Responsible for maintaining the security of the game. · Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal control policies and procedures. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Minimum six months dealing experience and appropriate licensure preferred · Working knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules. · Must be able to review and comprehend all documents. · Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests. · Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers. · Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene. · Ability to speak, read and write English. · Ab...
