In this role, you'll: you will be part of a high impact team delivering enterprise-wide transformation and strategic change initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will embed leading-practice methodologies, leverage insight-led decision making, and help drive sustainable improvement across complex service and operating environments. You will lead transformation and discovery activities, develop practical frameworks, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives align to strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The role includes scoping complex programs of work, managing third-party providers, and applying consulting and capability mapping approaches to strengthen organisational maturity and internal capability.
