Europe - GL Specialist Accountant

Job description

Responsibilities: - Active participation in monthly Month-End Closing - Other calculation and posting of business transactions in accordance with local work instructions - Support in reconciliation of defined GL accounts (BSAR) - Cooperate with local country on regular basis - Propose, evaluate and implement process improvements in collaboration with GL Team Lead Our requirements: - Typically 1-3 years of experience in General Ledger processes - Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage - Fixed Asset experience would be an asset - Good working knowledge of SAP FI-CO and Ms Excel - Good command of English (oral and written skills) - Experience of working in a shared services center, within complex, large volume environment is an advantage - Analytical skills - Ability to work under time pressures - Effective communication skills
