Job Description: Position Summary Under the leadership of the Administrative Director, Director of Child and Adolescent Services and Assistant Director, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor assists with planning, supervising, assessing, and providing nursing care in accordance with the hospital and department policies and procedures. This role includes staying informed and actively participating in productivity, quality outcome measures, patient experience, and employee performance. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor ensures that department staff work within the scope of practice as defined by the other applicable licensing bodies. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor under the leadership of the Assistant Director is responsible and accountable for supervising the daily operations related to Ohana Higher Level of Care which includes supporting the care of psychiatric patients including children and adolescents through the Ohana Higher Level of Care continuum including Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
