Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Transformation

Overview Expleo is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Payroll Transformation programme. This role is suited to someone with direct experience capturing and defining payroll requirements and supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform alongside a new payroll provider. You will work closely with global and local payroll teams, vendors, and technical delivery partners to ensure requirements are well defined, processes are clearly mapped, and the solution meets business and compliance needs. This role reports into the Lead Business Analyst. Responsibilities: - Capture, analyse, and document end‑to‑end payroll requirements, including statutory, regulatory, functional, operational, and integration needs. - Develop detailed as‑is and to‑be payroll process maps, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Support the implementation of a new payroll platform and provider, producing requirements, data definitions, validation rules, and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate workshops and discussions with payroll SMEs, finance teams, and in‑market stakeholders. - Ensure payroll requirements are traceable through design, configuration, testing, and dep...
