Closing Date: 29/05/02026 Locations - London, Bristol, Mancheser or Birmingham Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home Why this job matters: This role is responsible for driving business readiness across key transformation projects, including training, enablement and stakeholder engagement, helping teams adopt new ways of working in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Sitting within the UK Business People Transformation & Change team, you will support the delivery of critical transformation initiatives, working closely with Programme, Business and People & Culture leadership. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly create clarity and structure, and focuses on delivering real execution and adoption.
