About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Production & Logistics Lead to own the end-to-end flow of wholesale inventory from the factory through final delivery. This role sits at the center of our supply chain, acting as the key link between vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and wholesale accounts. You will ensure the product is produced, shipped, and delivered on time, and compliant while supporting scalable wholesale growth. You will be responsible for PO production tracking, freight execution, and wholesale compliance, with a strong focus on on-time delivery, margin protection, and operational efficiency.
