Across Australia and New Zealand, our teams deliver landscape maintenance, sports turf, horticulture, irrigation, and construction services that enhance the environments where people live, work, and play. We are seeking a commercially focused and strategically minded State Manager to lead our NSW & ACT operations. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial outcomes, systems optimisation, and data-led decision making across a diverse portfolio of contracts and services. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational executive who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about improving business performance through strong financial management, operational governance, and scalable systems.
