Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE: Responsibilities: - Interpretation of internal and client requirements - Manage day to day test priorities and workload to ensure on time delivery of results to customers - Operating complex mechanical testing equipment - Maintaining accurate and systematic records - Performing other duties to fulfil the demands of the laboratory - Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system Skills / Qualifications: - Hands-on job - Strong mechanical aptitude - Previous experience in an appropriate Engineering environment is a distinct advantage - Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is advantageous - An understanding of a recognised Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025 is beneficial - Self motivated Technician with the ability to multi task, organise and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory - Excellent attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication...
