Title: Head Coach Girl’s Rowing Reports to: Athletics Director: Schedule/Travel: Academic year, full-time position. Travel is required. FLSA: Exempt: Classification: Staff or Faculty: Position Summary: Kent School is seeking a Head Coach for Girls’ Rowing who is deeply committed to the growth and well-being of our students. The ideal candidate brings a genuine love of the sport, strong technical and strategic rowing knowledge, and successful coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level. With the full support of an engaged administration and school community, the Head Coach will shape a comprehensive girls' rowing program that emphasizes athletic excellence, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
