Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 or 1:3 based on acuity , allowing nurses to deliver focused, hands-on critical care. Patient Population & Clinical Experience: Nurses in the ICU manage complex, high-acuity cases, including: - Septic shock, DKA, respiratory failure - CHF and atrial fibrillation - Stroke patients (including TNK administration) - Ventilator management - Cardiac catheterization patients with stents Advanced Therapies & Devices: - Arterial lines, temporary pacemaker...
