AMLI Residential is looking for a Groundskeeper -Custodian to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Marina del Rey ! Enjoy a stable, day-shift schedule (40 hours per week, no nights!) while helping us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property. What You’ll Do: - Clean and maintain leasing office, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, amenities, laundry rooms, parking garage, and other common areas. - Perform daily trash removal and recycling. - Assist with preparing vacant and model apartments for move-ins and tours. - Wash interior/exterior windows, maintain light fixtures, and keep the community fresh and presentable. - Care for, inventory, and properly use all janitorial supplies and equipment. - Provide basic grounds care such as sweeping, picking up trash, and watering planters. - Assist with move-out cleanings, moving bulky items, and property inspections. - Support the team during emergencies (flood, fire, weather-related events) and occasional overtime needs.
