Job description

The purpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the Bartender/Beverage Server. Responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of all supplies (perishable and non-perishable) are maintained consistently (front and back) of beverage operations. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and effectiveness of beverage storerooms and Easy Bar liquor system. - Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station. - Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures. - Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area. - Assists the Bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and (depending on assigned station) pouring drinks. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - No previous experience required - Fluent and literate in English - Must be 21 years of age. - Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business - Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always pre...
