About the Role: We're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with our largest and most strategic customers — primarily Fintechs, banks, and credit companies / ARM firms. You'll be the trusted advisor ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Sedric's platform, with a strong focus on retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
