Position Summary ECS is seeking a Training Support Manager - SME to support the ARNG ENOCS program by providing strategic leadership and governance for the ARNG Enterprise Training Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Training Plan, ensuring alignment with TRADOC/T2COM requirements and Army training regulations. This role is pivotal in coordinating with various military training organizations to deliver compliant and effective training solutions, both domestically and internationally. The Training Support Manager will ensure that training environments adhere to DoD and Army security regulations, contributing to the overall readiness and effectiveness of the ARNG enterprise.
