Junior Administration & Scheduling Assistant – Amico Corporation Richmond Hill, On: Due to our rapid expansion and global demand, the Amico Group of Companies is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals who can excel in a fast-paced environment. Amico Corporation is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for a position as a Jr. Event Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English), with a strong work ethic. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of Administration experience - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Event Industry background in coordination is a must - Punctuality is a must - Inventory management is an asset - Ability to lift 20lb in material - Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment - Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Intermediate computer skills are required - Valid Driving License and automobile - Flexibility to work outside business hours on rare occasions - Proficiency in Microsoft Offi...
