Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Installed Sales Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Requirements: Benefits: - Schedules independent contractor installers to perform installation of windows, exterior doors, interior doors & trim, and Hardie siding. - Schedules employee service technicians to perform pre-walks, post-walks, and service work. - Communicates broadly with builder production representatives, internal door and window personnel, and peers to manage installation schedules and follow-up service as required. - Issues contracts to installers prior to scheduled work being undertaken by the installer. - Reviews and confirms installer invoices are commensurate with the values outlined in the installer contracts. - Adds and manages work through My Job Ready in accordance with local practices. - Reviews reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays. - Addresses complaints and resolves problems. - Carries out supervisory re...
