What we are looking for We are looking for a Training Manager who will lead the development, implementation, execution, management, and coordination of the Field Services Training Program. This role standardizes training practices, coordinates technical trainers and pilot training efforts, implements structured onboarding and performance checkpoints, and uses training, safety, quality, and operational data to improve workforce readiness and program effectiveness. This role is remote with an estimated 20% of travel. How you can make an impact - Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the BU07 Training Program and Training Team, including oversight of training strategy, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance measurement. - Standardize training practices across BU07 sites while supporting alignment among BU07 leaders and coordination with SCS Corporate Learning and Development. - Design, implement, and maintain a structured onboarding program with milestone-based progression, including defined competency benchmarks and 60-, 120-, and 180-day checkpoints. - Develop, implement, and administer required technical and regulatory training programs, incl...
