The Role: Reporting to the Kitchen Deli Production Supervisor or Head Cook, the Kitchen Deli Production Assistant (BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi and/or others) is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Deli Production Supervisor or Head Cook producing the assigned product based on orders received, control quality, freshness, inventory and wastage.
