At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads in retail environments. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads in retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments—the more you set, the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have conversations with ease, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude. Compensation: We offer an hourly base plus UNCAPPED BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $20–$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the lucrative hours on the weekdays and weekends. Since you may travel to various retail locations with set-up materials, reliable transportation is required. We provide mileage reimbursement.
