Join the ride! Your mission is to run the daily heartbeat of our user communication while constantly making it smarter. You take full ownership of our weekly campaigns and ad-hoc promotions, using that hands-on execution as the foundation to scale our personalization and upgrade our targeting logic. In short You run our weekly campaigns and use Braze, data, and AI to make them highly personalized. Deine Verantwortung: - Campaign Excellence: You own the end-to-end execution of our ad-hoc communication, including weekly newsletters and seasonal promotions across Email, Push, and In-App. - Technical Ownership: You act as a power user for Braze, leveraging Liquid logic and maximizing the potential of new channels like Braze Content Cards. - AI & Personalization: You implement AI-driven workflows to automate and scale user personalization, moving us from manual segment-building to automated, individual relevance. - Scaling Experimentation: You design and run systematic A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user engagement and drive CLV. - Transactional System Management: You are responsible for the technical maintenance and monitoring of our transactional systems to ensure critical use...
