What Registered Nurse contributes to Cardinal Health Nursing is responsible for the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care. Examines patients and administers prescribed medications to facilitate healing and increase comfort. Nursing requires training and or licensed to care for patients. The Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, will deliver treatment with an emphasis on assessment, education, prevention, maintenance, and restoration of health and when indicated end of life comfort care in a supportive and culturally sensitive manner. This position is located at Denali Biomedical, which is an ambulatory surgery center that sees patients from Fairbanks Urology. We will need this person to be available for assisting with urology surgeries on Wednesdays. Responsibilities: Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
