Job Summary Vertiv is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead assembly-based manufacturing operations supporting the Busway product line at our Anderson, SC facility. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activities to consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) objectives. The Production Manager will lead and develop supervisors and production teams while driving operational excellence, workforce capability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead production operations across assigned assembly areas to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Plan and schedule production activities while ensuring effective daily execution across multiple assembly lines. Establish and maintain visual KPI reporting to drive accountability and high performance. Evaluate labor requirements and workforce capacity to support production demand.
