Responsibilities: - Act as the senior strategic lead for key French accouts , ensuring long-term partnership and business growth - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, driving performance and professional growth - Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue, margin, and cross-selling targets for utility-scale PV, BESS, and mounting solutions - Position integrated energy solutions (modules + storage + mounting) to maximize customer value, moving beyond single-product sales - Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-product deals - Monitor French energy market policies, regulatory frameworks, and subsidy mechanisms to provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders - Represent Trina Solar at executive summits, client workshops, and site visits; manage strategic client entertainment budgets - Drive internal collaboration acting as the “Super Hub” between client strategy and company resources Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plus - 10+ years of B2B key account management experience i...
